7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange of any eligible item.

7.2 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Before sending any items back, you must first contact our customer support team at support@relentless-gear.com to register your return or exchange. A completed return form, which is included with your original delivery, must be submitted with your return request. Returns initiated without prior contact or without a completed return form will not be processed.

7.3 Return Conditions
Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Products must be free from signs of wear or damage.
  • Products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

7.4 Return Locations
To ensure efficient processing, we operate multiple return locations, including:

  • Western and Eastern United States
  • China

Return instructions, including the appropriate return location, will be provided upon contact with our customer support team.

7.5 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. In the event of a defective or incorrect item, NILOVA ECOM LIMITED will provide a prepaid shipping label.

7.6 Exchanges
If you require a different size or product, exchanges are permitted within the same 30-day return window. Exchanges follow the same initiation and return process outlined above.

7.7 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and initiate your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
