16. Warranty
16.1 Warranty Coverage
All Relentless Gear products are covered by a one-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty is offered by NILOVA ECOM LIMITED and applies to manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
- Faulty stitching or seams
- Material or construction flaws
- Other production-related defects
If your item develops a fault within this period due to a verified manufacturing issue, we will offer a replacement or suitable remedy in accordance with applicable laws.
16.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear from regular use
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions
- Alterations or repairs not carried out by Relentless Gear or an authorised party
16.3 How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@relentless-gear.com. Your message must include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photographs showing the defect
Our support team will review your case and provide guidance on the next steps. Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to resolve all matters fairly and efficiently.
16.4 Global Warranty Processing
To ensure a timely resolution regardless of your location, we process warranty claims from our return hubs located in:
- Germany
- The Netherlands
- United Kingdom
- United States
- China
We will inform you of the appropriate return location once your claim has been reviewed and approved.
