2. Orders
2.1 How to place an order
Orders may be placed through our website. Once you’ve selected your product(s), you will be guided through the checkout process where you must enter your contact, billing, and shipping information. Please verify all details before submitting your order.
2.2 Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. The contract between you and us is formed only once we send an email confirming shipment of the product(s).
2.3 Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders placed by individuals under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Order Cancellation by Us
3.1 Circumstances for cancellation
We may cancel your order if:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock
- We cannot verify your billing details
- We do not ship to your location
- There is an error in pricing or product description

If we suspect unusual or fraudulent activity, including bulk purchasing for resale, we may cancel the order. You may contact us if you believe this was done in error.

We sell athletic wear and accessories. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but actual colours may vary based on your device.

We may offer digital gift cards. These:
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- Are non-refundable
- May have country-specific redemption restrictions
- Do not expire
5. Delivery

Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.

We offer a 30-day goodwill return policy. You must cover the cost of return unless otherwise stated. Exceptions include:
- Underwear, bottles, or sealed hygiene items that have been opened
- Custom or personalised products
- Items with removed care labels or missing components
- Final sale items

8. Our Right to Terminate the Contract
We may end the contract if:
- You fail to provide essential delivery details
- You refuse to accept delivery
We will refund you for any unshipped items in such cases.
9. Pricing and Payments
9.1 Product prices
Prices are shown excluding VAT or Sales Tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
9.2 Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods shown at checkout.
9.3 Pricing errors
If we find a pricing error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you for confirmation before dispatch or cancel the order if necessary.
