1. Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
What are the shipping costs?
- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping is offered on orders over €70
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. There are no additional or hidden fees.
2. Sizing and Product Care
Where can I find size information?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart in both centimetres and inches. Model specifications, including height and weight in both metric and imperial units, are provided to assist with sizing.
How can I care for my product?
Product-specific care instructions are listed on each item’s product page. Please follow these instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

Please note: PayPal is not currently supported.
4. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
How do I return or exchange a product?
- First, contact our support team at support@relentless-gear.com to register your return.
- Include the completed return form provided in your original package.
- Return locations are available in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, and China.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Exchanges are available within the same 30-day period.
5. Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Relentless Gear products include a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Faulty stitching or seams
- Material flaws
What is not covered under the warranty?
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or care
- Accidental damage
- Failure to follow care instructions
